Equipment Maintenance

01 设备断电 Power off the equipment

设备维护保养之前，请停止设备运行并切断电源。在停机后的3分钟内，请勿进行任何作业，以避免触电危险。

Before performing maintenance on the equipment, please stop the operation and disconnect the power supply. Do not perform any work within 3 minutes after shutdown to avoid the risk of electric shock.

02 冷水机排水处理 Chiller drainage treatment

1、打开设备底部的排水阀，将冷却水完全排空；

Open the drainage valve at the bottom of the equipment to completely drain the cooling water;

2、拆卸四条进出水管，将管道水倒流排空。

Disassemble the four inlet and outlet pipes and drain the water from the pipes.

03 清理防护网 Clean the protective mesh

拆卸防尘网清洗并使用压缩气枪吹走防尘网积尘，或用自来水清洗。

Remove the dust filter, clean it, and use a compressed air gun to blow away the accumulated dust on the dust filter, or wash it with tap water.

04 吸尘清洁 Vacuum cleaning

使用吸尘器对激光发生器附近卫生清洁。

Use a vacuum cleaner to clean around the laser generator.

05 出光口保护 Protection of the laser port

激光出光口直接暴露在外部环境下的，可在关机后将出光口用防护膜封住，防止污染激光头镜片。

If the laser output port is directly exposed to the external environment, cover it with a protective film after shutting down to prevent contamination of the laser lens.
