On March 9th, the first international talent job fair under the "Global Talents Recruitment Program" was officially launched, drawing a lot of international youth to Qianhai International Talent Hub. "The global talents applying for jobs possess both linguistic skills and professional expertise, exceeding our hiring expectations," said the head of OPPO. An online recruitment platform on the "In Qianhai" official website was launched simultaneously to provide jobs, enabling online recruitment for those unable to attend in person.
A three-dimensional service model featuring pitching, career diagnosis and talent benefits was set up at the event.

Industry representatives, including US career coach Lita, managing director of KOS International Rebecca, and international job seeker Cédric, were invited to the "Talent Pitching Zone" to deliver keynote speeches on Greater Bay Area (GBA) development prospects, job market trends, and job-hunting strategies, captivating the audience.
"Career Diagnosis Zone" comprised a panel of Qianhai talent policy specialists and senior career advisors, providing personalized services such as one-on-one resume evaluations and career competitiveness assessments for international youth.
"Talent Benefits Package" gave out "talent welfare cards" for free, covering eight exclusive perks such as one-on-one policy consultation, traditional Chinese medicine therapy vouchers, Qianhai hotel discounts, and access to music community services, supporting global talents to live and work comfortably in Shenzhen.
Arpit, a young talent from India, traveled from Hong Kong to attend the job fair. "The fair offers lots of high-quality positions for global youth. I hope to seize this opportunity to embark on a new career journey," he said.
The "Million Talents to South China Plan" aims to attract millions of university graduates to Guangdong by 2025. With Qianhai at the forefront, this cross-border talent event not only highlights its open and inclusive approach to global talents, but also provides them with great opportunities within the GBA.

3月9日，“国际人才招聘计划”首场外籍人才招聘会盛大启幕，前海国际人才港涌动外籍青年汇聚热潮。腾讯、OPPO、顺丰等40家头部企业携1200个高含金量岗位亮相，吸引德、俄、印等20余国1150名外籍青年踊跃参加。
本次招聘会作为“国际人才招聘计划”首场面向外籍青年的大型线下招聘活动，聚焦电子信息、先进制造、数字文创、商贸物流等重点产业，以国际化岗位和优厚待遇向外籍青年递出“前海邀请函”。腾讯HR表示，随着海外业务加速拓展，具有国际背景的跨国青年需求激增，目前有近千个岗位虚位以待。
“来应聘的各位外籍人才兼具语言能力和专业素质，招聘效率远超预期。”OPPO负责人表示。据悉，现场同步开通的线上招聘专栏（In Qianhai官网）将持续释放岗位，为未能到场的外籍青年提供“云端直聘”通道。
活动现场创新设置了“路演+诊断+礼遇”三维服务场景。
其中，“人才路演区”邀请了美国职场教练Lita、KOS高奥士国际董事总经理Rebecca、外籍求职者Cédric分享湾区发展机遇、招聘市场趋势、求职策略，主题演讲圈粉无数。
“求职诊断区”由前海人才政策专员与资深职场教练组成“智囊团”，现场为外籍青年提供一对一简历诊断、职业竞争力测评等定制服务。
“人才礼遇包”则现场免费发放“人才福利卡”，涵盖一对一政策辅导、中医理疗体验券、前海酒店优惠、音乐社区服务等8项专属权益，全方位支持外籍青年在深安居乐业。
印度籍青年Arpit专程从香港来到招聘会现场，他表示：“招聘会现场面向外籍青年的优质岗位集中，希望能借此机会开启崭新的职业大门。”
