根据游客发布的多段现场影像显示：该工作人员在引导女游客摆出亲吻其脸颊的拍照姿势时，突然转头完成实际接触。

Videos shared by netizens show the employee, dressed as "Chaplin", asked a female visitor to pose as if kissing his cheek. As the visitor pretended to kiss, the man suddenly turned his head to kiss her.

另有画面记录该扮演者将头部倚靠于游客肩部时，视线聚焦在游客胸口。多位游客表示，此类非常规互动方式令人产生强烈不适感。

Additionally, photos circulating online depict the employee leaning on female visitors' shoulder, his gaze seemingly directed at their chest. These actions reportedly made visitors uncomfortable, The Paper reported.

事件曝光当日，北京环球影城启动应急处理机制。园方在官方声明中回应：“3月19日，我们关注到游客对一名员工的投诉。对此，我们高度重视，立即启动内部调查，并在第一时间暂停该员工的工作。尊重每一位游客、为他们提供优质的游园体验是我们一直以来遵循的企业核心价值和行为准则。我们将秉承公平公正原则，对于任何不符合公司行为规范和相关制度的行为，根据调查结果及时予以严肃处理。感谢大家的关注与反馈。”
