回顾研究生一年级，学习主要涉及知识积累、课程与论文学习。与大多数同学不同，我的本科专业是材料化学专业，属于工科专业，而研究生就读的专业为物流工程与管理专业，属于管理学专业，可谓是基于兴趣使然的一次跨专业考研，因此对于很多管理学的基础知识以及名词的学习的难度可想而知，虽然管理学名词相对容易理解，但学习过程也会难免遇到一些晦涩难懂的名词。保持良好的心态和耐心慢慢学习，使我对这个专业的知识有所了解。通过基础课程的学习，进一步巩固了专业知识，培养我的管理性思维，基础课程中包含了论文学习部分，与团队培养流程共同提升了我的专业学术能力。

Looking back on my first year of postgraduate study, my learning mainly involved knowledge accumulation, coursework, and thesis research. Unlike most of my classmates, my undergraduate major was materials chemistry, which belongs to an engineering discipline. While the major I pursued in postgraduate study was logistics engineering and management, which belongs to a management discipline. It can be said that it was a cross-disciplinary postgraduate entrance examination based on my interest, so the difficulty of learning many basic knowledge and terms of management can be imagined. Although the terms in management are relatively easy to understand, I still unavoidably encountered some obscure and difficult-to-understand terms in the learning process. Maintaining a good state of mind and patiently studying slowly enabled me to gain some understanding of the knowledge of this profession. Through the study of basic courses, I further consolidated my professional knowledge and cultivated my managerial thinking. The basic courses include a part of thesis study, which, together with the team training process, has improved my professional academic ability.

在生活方面，研一课程学习的时间较多，剩余时间通过团队培养，提升学术能力，由于我工作过一段时间并且考研回到学校，回到校园生活后，感觉需要切换成学校的生活节奏，与工作节奏不同，工作的节奏是集中的，强度较大，而研究生的学习是分散的，强度较工作强度低，有时候需要晚上做一些学术上的学习，更加要求自己对任务和时间的管理。

In terms of life, as a postgraduate student, I have more time for course study. In my spare time, I improve my academic ability through team training. Since I have worked for a period of time and returned to school for postgraduate study, after returning to campus life, I feel that I need to switch to the pace of school life, which is different from the pace of work. The pace of work is concentrated and of high intensity, while the study of postgraduate students is scattered, and the intensity is lower than that of work. Sometimes I need to do some academic learning in the evening, which requires me to manage my tasks and time better.

研究生二年级，学习是基于研一的基础学习，开始论文撰写，论文撰写遇到很多细节问题，研一的学习是学术理论学习，研二的学习更倾向于学术知识的转化，是一种实践，在此过程中，极大的锻炼的解决学术问题的能力，对于以前没有写作论文经验的我，初次写作论文还是较有难度的，但是最后问题都得到了解决，极大的提升了自身解决问题的能力。研二下学期则参加公司实习，作为采购实习生，学习到了企业的采购流程，也间接学习到了一些财务方面的知识，这段实习经历对我毕业寻找工作起到了很大的作用。

In the process of writing the thesis, I encountered many detailed problems. The study in the first year is academic theoretical learning, while the study in the second year is more inclined to the transformation of academic knowledge, which is a kind of practice. In this process, my ability to solve academic problems was greatly exercised. For me, who had no previous experience in writing theses, writing a thesis for the first time was quite challenging. But in the end, all the problems were solved, which greatly improved my ability to solve problems. 生活方面，也是从研二上学期的校内生活到研二下学期的校外实习生活，也是校园学习状态到工作状态的转变，总结起来，实习工作的生活是固定的，按部就班的，时间长容易产生枯燥感，而校园学习生活是灵活的，自我管理的。随着实习的结束，再次回归到学校学习生活。

With the end of the internship, I returned to campus life again.

研三的学习集中在写作毕业论文，完成毕业条件，宏观上总结是前两年学习成果的转化，前两年的学术学习能够持续有目标的进步，那么研三的学习路径就会非常清晰、可控，不会担心难以撰写毕业论文。

The study in the third year of postgraduate focuses on writing the graduation thesis and completing the graduation requirements. In a macro sense, it is the transformation of the learning achievements of the previous two years.
