Today, this enterprise bearing her daughter's name "Jiayi" ranks among China's top 50 logistics companies, while Sun herself has evolved from entrepreneur to National March 8th Red Banner Holder and member of the Standing Committee of the All-China Women's Federation.

孙倩坦言，选择济南是“幸运的”。这座城市淳朴友善、公正开放的营商环境，为企业提供了成长沃土。更让她感恩的是妇联娘家人的长期支持——从创业维艰到行业领军，这份陪伴让她“从未孤单”。

Sun describes selecting Jinan as "fortunate." The city's honest, friendly, and open business environment provided fertile ground for growth. She particularly values the enduring support from the Women's Federation, which accompanied her from entrepreneurial struggles to industry leadership: "I never felt alone."

从区域物流探索起步，到全国供应链物流行业标杆；从名不见经传的初创民营企业，到国家5A级物流企业知名品牌，佳怡的成长史，刻着多个“第一”：国家第一批甩挂运输试点企业、全国第一批入选国家“首批有效降低全社会物流成本典型案例”的企业（全国仅有22家）。如今，其业务已覆盖全国，成为5A级物流企业。

Starting as a regional logistics pioneer, Jiayi has become a national supply chain benchmark, transforming from an obscure startup to a National 5A-level logistics enterprise. Its growth chronicle features multiple "firsts": among the initial pilot enterprises for drop-and-hook transport, and part of the first national cohort recognized for effectively reducing logistics costs (only 22 enterprises nationwide).

近年来，围绕济南“项目提升年”的部署，孙倩带领企业深耕生物医药、新能源汽车、新材料等领域，打造“供应链物流+”的创新模式。

Aligned with Jinan's "Project Enhancement Year" initiative, Sun leads her team to innovate "supply chain logistics plus" models in biopharmaceuticals, new energy vehicles, and advanced materials.

一方面，佳怡为制造业提供从原材料到成品的全链条供应链物流服务；另一方面，基于全链条供应链物流服务基础，佳怡联合金融机构为合作企业推出供应链金融方案，缓解中小微企业融资难题。

Jiayi provides full-chain logistics services from raw materials to finished products while collaborating with financial institutions to develop supply chain financing solutions for SMEs.

与此同时，企业积极探索绿色低碳转型，通过“三箱一车一园区”的低碳物流服务，推动行业可持续发展。

Concurrently, the company pioneers green transformation through its "three containers, one vehicle, one park" low-carbon logistics system.

作为妇字号企业，佳怡通过智能分拣、自动化仓储等技术，将“扛包裹”变为“管设备”，为农村妇女、单亲妈妈等群体创造灵活岗位。农村妇女利用闲暇分拣包裹增收，单亲妈妈通过数据管理实现自立——孙倩说：“技术不该是门槛，而是赋能工具。”

As a women-focused enterprise, Jiayi transforms manual labor into equipment management through intelligent sorting and automated warehousing, creating flexible jobs for rural women and single mothers. "Technology shouldn't be a barrier but an empowering tool," Sun emphasizes.

“娘家人给的力量，我要传递下去。”从受助到助人，孙倩在企业管理中优先安排女性岗位，并建立“家园文化”培养女性骨干。作为济南市女企业家协会副会长，她誓言与更多“姐妹”携手，为济南“项目提升年”注入巾帼动能。

Transitioning from beneficiary to benefactor, Sun prioritizes female employment and develops women leaders through "family culture." As vice president of Jinan Women Entrepreneurs Association, she vows to collaborate with more "sisters" in advancing the city's development.

在孙倩看来，佳怡的成长是母爱与城市温度的双向奔赴。这位“泉城木兰”的愿景很清晰：让物流更智能，让女性更强大，让济南的故事被更多人看见。
