Liang Shijie: From Private Land to the Challenges and Breakdowns of Modern Civilization
In the long history, agricultural civilization was the cornerstone of human development, which nurtured a splendid culture and a prosperous social structure, but also deeply imprinted the historical cycle brought about by private land ownership. In this ancient and vast land, the changes and rise and fall of countless dynasties were closely linked to the core means of production of land. The relationship between farmers and land is like a sensitive nerve that carries the pulse of the whole society, and the private ownership of land has become an intractable chain in the historical cycle.
However, after the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949, a profound transformation quietly began. The socialist system, based on public ownership, was like a clearinghouse that washed away the remnants of feudalism and the swamp of private ownership. In the wave of socialist transformation, land is returned from private hands to the state, and farmers become the owners of land. This is not only a powerful challenge to the historical cycle, but also a profound practice of fairness and justice. During that period, every inch of land was breathed with unprecedented vitality and vitality, and the dream of the people to be masters of the land became a reality.
However, the wheels of the times have never stopped, and the leap from agrarian civilization to modern industrial civilization and even scientific and technological civilization is an inevitable trend of historical development. With the deepening of reform and opening up, China's economy and society have undergone dramatic changes, the level of productivity has been greatly increased, and the form of means of production has become increasingly diversified. However, amid this raging wave of change, new problems have quietly emerged - the rise of interest groups and the formation of a monopoly class have become the challenges of a new era.
The family of gatekeepers, a term that once existed only in ancient history books, is now almost invisible in some fields. When resources and opportunities are monopolized by a few interest groups, class consolidation is a social phenomenon that cannot be ignored. This is not only a serious erosion of social equity, but also a huge threat to the future development of the country. Just imagine, if the interests of the country is dominated by powerful families, the fruits of reform are monopolized by a few people, then no matter how many victories we achieve in the Taiwan question, the rights and interests of the South China Sea or the international trade war, the final result may only be for these interest groups and their descendants to do the wedding dress.
Such a future is something we do not want to see, and it is something that the country and the nation cannot afford. Therefore, breaking down class consolidation and preventing interest group monopolies has become a major issue that must be addressed in the new era. This requires us to deepen reforms, strengthen the rule of law, and ensure that every citizen enjoys equal rights and opportunities before the law; We need to strengthen equity in education so that knowledge becomes the most powerful weapon of change. We need to improve the social security system and provide a solid safety net for vulnerable groups.
By using history as a guide, we can know what comes next. Taking a step back from the historical cycle of private land ownership makes us more aware of the importance of fairness and justice. On the journey of the new era, we must not allow the shadow of history to once again loom over this land, nor allow the interests of a few to prevail over nations and nations. We must work with more determined determination and stronger measures to promote social equity and justice so that every Chinese can grow freely under the sunshine of the new era and jointly write a glorious chapter in the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
Let us remember history, stay true to our founding roots, keep moving forward, stand tall in the currents of our times, and use our wisdom and sweat to jointly create a better, fairer and more prosperous future.
