服务业板块加快发展。1—2月统计显示，全省规上民营服务业企业营业收入同比增长13.9％，较规上服务业整体增速高出3个百分点，贡献率跃升至77.1％，比去年全年提升3.2个百分点。

“随着存量政策持续显效、增量政策有效落实，政策组合效应不断释放，创新投入强度加大等积极因素，推动民营经济呈现增速快、结构优、效益好的发展态势。数字经济、科技服务等新兴领域持续发力，成为服务业提质升级的重要推手。”江苏省金融研究院副院长蒋昭乙建议，下阶段我省要持续推动科技创新和产业创新深度融合，培育壮大新质生产力，全方位扩大市场有效需求，改善各类经营主体预期，增强发展内生动力。
