The photo, taken on May 13, shows a member of the Traditional Health-preserving Sports Team from the Hunan University of Chinese Medicine demonstrating a movement of the "Mawangdui Daoyin Shu" (an ancient physical exercise) at the Hunan Martyrs Park. In 1973, a silk painting was unearthed from the Han Tomb No. 3 at Mawangdui, Changsha, featuring an ancient "exercise chart" known as the Daoyintu. Drawing inspiration from this chart, the Hunan University of Chinese Medicine created and compiled the "Mawangdui Daoyin Shu," where each movement embodies the principles of unblocking the meridians and regulating the flow of qi and blood.
