5月16日，由济南市贸促会联合山东省贸促会、自贸试验区济南片区共同主办的“一带一路”国家经贸代表走进自贸试验区推介交流会，在济南高新技术创业服务中心成功举办。交流会是 2025“一带一路”国家经贸代表走进济南经贸合作系列活动的首个环节。来自摩尔多瓦、伊拉克、哥伦比亚、乌干达等14个共建“一带一路”国家的50位工商界代表，与企业家、产业园区及相关部门负责人齐聚泉城，共商经贸合作新机遇。
On May 16th, the 2025 "Belt and Road" Business Promotion Conference, jointly organized by the Jinan Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT Jinan), CCPIT Shandong, and Jinan Area of China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, was successfully held at the Jinan High-Tech Business Incubator Zone. This event marked the opening part of the 2025 "Belt and Road" National Economic and Trade Delegates Visit to Jinan series of activities. Fifty business representatives from 14 Belt and Road partner countries—including Moldova, Iraq, Colombia, and Uganda—gathered in Jinan with local entrepreneurs, industrial park leaders, and government officials to explore new opportunities for economic cooperation.

推介交流会由济南市贸促会会长齐怀栋主持。他指出，济南正站在黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展、山东绿色低碳高质量发展先行区、强省会建设等重大战略叠加的历史交汇点上，发展根基稳如磐石，创新动能喷薄而出，奋进脚步铿锵有力，向好态势持续跃升。特别是共建“一带一路”倡议的深入推进，为济南架起了通向世界的金色桥梁。本次交流会拉开了2025“一带一路”国家工商界代表走进济南经贸合作系列活动的序幕，搭建了通往共建“一带一路”国家的纽带，必将深化济南与“一带一路”国家经贸合作，推动产业对接、项目落地，助力济南高水平对外开放。
The event was chaired by Qi Huaidong, Chairman of CCPIT Jinan. He emphasized that Jinan stands at a historic intersection of major national strategies, including ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin, Shandong’s green and low-carbon transformation, and the "Strong Provincial Capital" initiative. With a stable development foundation, surging innovative momentum, and a continuously improving trajectory, Jinan is poised to leverage the "Belt and Road" Initiative as a "golden bridge" to global connectivity. This event laid the groundwork for deeper industrial alignment and project implementation, driving high-level openness in Jinan.
中国贸促会培训中心副主任杨晓东在致辞中表示，“一带一路”倡议自2013年提出以来，已成为推动全球经济合作与发展的重要引擎，极大促进了共建国家间发展战略的深度融合、商品与服务的自由流通以及生产要素的优化配置。期待通过本次活动，深化中国与共建国家在贸易、投资、产业等领域的合作，共同推动“一带一路”高质量发展。他还介绍了第三届中国国际供应链促进博览会的相关情况，诚邀各国代表参与。
Yang Xiaodong, Deputy Director of the CCPIT Training Center, highlighted the "Belt and Road" Initiative’s role as a global engine for economic cooperation since 2013. fostering integration of development strategies, free flow of goods and services, and optimized resource allocation. He invited participants to the third China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) to further strengthen collaboration.
山东省贸促会副会长贺忠军介绍了山东的经济优势和开放格局。山东作为经济大省，是中国唯一户籍人口和常住人口均“过亿”的省份，也是中国唯一拥有41种工业大类的省份。近年来，山东主动服务国家开放大局、深度融入“一带一路”建设，与“一带一路”共建国家间的经贸联系和合作关系日益密切。2024年，山东省对共建“一带一路”国家进出口额约2.1万亿元、占全省进出口总值的61.9%。省贸促会将继续发挥桥梁作用，助力自贸区建设和国际合作。
He Zhongjun, Vice President of CCPIT Shandong, outlined Shandong’s economic strengths as China’s only province with over 100 million registered and permanent residents and 41 industrial categories. In 2024. Shandong’s trade with "Belt and Road" countries reached 2.1 trillion yuan, accounting for 61.9% of its total imports and exports. The province will continue to deepen cooperation through its free trade zones.

Showcasing Jinan’s New Competitive Edge in Openness
中国(山东)自由贸易试验区济南片区管委会常务副主任张喆详细推介了片区的独特优势。济南片区总面积37.99平方公里，区位优越、交通便捷，2024年“齐鲁号”中欧班列开行1029列，覆盖23个“一带一路”国家50个城市。产业方面，聚焦医疗康养、数字经济等领域，形成了生物医药、数字经济等产业集群，2024年新注册企业1.5万余家，实际使用外资5.8亿美元，进出口总额948.8亿元，以不到全市0.4%的土地贡献了37%的利用外资额和进出口额。
Zhang Zhe, Executive Deputy Director of Jinan Area of China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, detailed the Jinan Area’s advantages. Spanning 37.99 square kilometers, Jinan Area boasts strategic logistics, including 1.029 China-Europe freight trains in 2024 connecting 50 cities across 23 "Belt and Road" countries.In terms of industries, the Jinan Area focuses on fields such as medical care and health preservation, and digital economy, forming industrial clusters including biomedicine and digital economy. In 2024. more than 15.000 new enterprises were registered here. The actual use of foreign capital reached 580 million U.S. dollars, and the total import and export volume was 94.88 billion yuan. With less than 0.4% of the city's land area, it contributed 37% of the city's utilized foreign capital and import-export volume.
济南片区营商环境优越，引进中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会山东分会，搭建“一带一路”国际商事调解中心济南片区调解室，打造涉外服务“中央法务区”，与40余个国家、110个国际城市建设“全球一小时法律服务生态圈”。拥有国际医院、国际学校、国际公寓，推出外国人来华工作“服务金卡”，建立外籍高层次人才永居绿色通道，为在济南的外籍人员营造类海外营商环境。
Jinan Area offers a world-class business environment, featuring the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Shandong Sub-Commission, a "Belt and Road" International Commercial Mediation Center, and a "Global One-Hour Legal Service Ecosystem" spanning 40 countries. On the afternoon of May 16th, business representatives from "Belt and Road" countries visited industrial parks within the Jinan Area of China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, conducting field visits to the Jinan Central Business District International Trade Industrial Park and the Artificial Intelligence Island at Qilu Software Park in Jinan Innovation Zone.
5月17日、18日，与会嘉宾还将走进山东福瑞达生物股份有限公司·世界美妆科技馆、临工重机股份有限公司、山东宏济堂制药集团股份有限公司等重点园区和企业，围绕数字经济与绿色能源、生物医药与智能制造、跨境电商与服务贸易等领域，探讨项目承接、技术交流等合作，力争在“三大领域”实现突破：在数字经济与绿色能源领域培育新增长极;在生物医药与智能制造领域开辟合作新空间;在跨境电商与服务贸易领域构建合作新范式。

This series of economic and trade cooperation activities in Jinan has built a bridge for exchange and collaboration between Jinan and "Belt and Road" countries, deepened stakeholders’ understanding of the Jinan Free Trade Zone, and laid a solid foundation for future practical cooperation.
CCPIT Jinan will continue to leverage its functional role by connecting government and enterprises, integrating domestic and international resources, and facilitating supply-demand linkages. It will keep on strengthening its enterprise service network, expanding its global network of partners to support Jinan in building itself into a high-level hub for opening-up.
