The organizer of Jacky Cheung's 60+ World Tour in Dongguan, Guangdong province, announced on Tuesday evening that the event, originally scheduled for Jun 6-8, would be postponed to Aug 29-31 due to concerns from parents and students over its overlap with the 2025 gaokao (national college entrance exam).

主办方表示，将尽最大努力解决观众的合理诉求。已购票观众可选择保留门票观看延期后的演唱会，系统将自动将门票变更为新场次，无需任何操作；如选择退票，则可通过原购票平台申请全额退款。因演出延期导致的酒店退订手续费、机票或火车票退票手续费等相关损失，也将获得相应补偿。

同步发布的票务通告明确了保留订单票务变更方式和退票详细流程等事项；补偿通告明确了补偿标准和办理流程等事项。

In the statement, the organizer emphasized its efforts to address attendees' concerns. Ticket holders may keep their tickets for the new dates without taking any action, as the system will automatically update. Those seeking refunds can apply through their original purchase platforms for a full reimbursement.

Additionally, the organizer pledged to cover losses related to hotel cancellations and travel expenses (eg, flight or train ticket refund fees), and has provided detailed compensation standards and procedures.
