Promoting in-depth research on China within the international strategic academia through face-to-face dialogues has proven an effective pathway to enhance mutual understanding between China and the world. For this purpose, since September 2024, the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies, Renmin University of China (RDCY) has launched the prestigious "Mingde Strategic Dialogue" series, illuminating the virtues of theoretical exploration and shared development progress.This initiative has already invited 16 former political dignitaries and renowned strategic scholars from Europe, America, and Russia for in-depth conversations, generating sustained and widespread impact.On June 6, 2025, Professor Anastasia Likhacheva, Dean of the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs (WEIA) at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) , will visit China and discuss with RDCY’s Dean Wang Wen for the 17th Mingde Strategic Dialogue, with the theme of "New Opportunities for China-Russia Business Cooperation," jointly exploring breakthrough strategies and win-win pathways for China-Russian enterprise collaboration. 中国人民大学重阳金融研究院（人大重阳）成立于2013年1月19日，是重阳投资向中国人民大学捐赠并设立教育基金运营的主要资助项目。
