In April this year, Guangdong released a plan to advance artificial intelligence (AI) education in primary and secondary schools. As early as 2022, Guangzhou had already achieved full coverage of AI courses in all primary and secondary schools.

At Kang Youwei Memorial Primary School Wuyanqiao School in Guangzhou, the AI Evidence-Based Classroom Recording System is used to capture every critical detail of the classroom. This system accurately monitors everything from teacher-student interactions and blackboard writings to students' focus, facial expressions, and even emotional changes, providing a comprehensive record of the teaching process for future analysis.

At Yunshan Primary School in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, AI is integrated into the curriculum through game-based tasks, demonstrations, and ethical discussions, guiding students to understand the principles of AI and sparking their interest in technology. Meanwhile, AI is treated as a tool to support Chinese language teaching, rather than as an independent subject. For example, when teaching observational diaries, AI is used to identify plant characteristics to assist in writing; in fairy tale creation, AI helps generate scenes to drive dialogue writing, ensuring the core Chinese language teaching objectives are met.

Over the past decade, teaching focuses have evolved from emphasizing technical skills to being in favor of "AI enlightenment." According to Bian Yongming, a special-grade teacher and vice principal of Haizhu District Experimental Primary School in Guangzhou, AI classrooms offer significant potential for development. As long as they meet curriculum standards, teachers have considerable flexibility to reorganize teaching modules and experiment with ways to enrich and optimize content, allowing more personal innovation without rigid constraints.

粤港澳大湾区率先落地中小学人工智能课

今年4月，广东发布推进中小学人工智能教育方案，而在2022年广州就达到了人工智能课全覆盖中小学校。

广州康有为纪念小学五眼桥学校使用的AI循证课堂录播系统能多维度精准捕捉课堂每一个关键细节——从师生的课堂对话、板书内容，再到学生的专注度、神态反应甚至情绪变化，全方位还原真实的教学现场，为后续分析留存完整“证据”。

越秀区云山小学在教学中采用游戏化任务、直观演示和轻量化的伦理讨论等方式，引导学生初步理解AI原理，激发他们对技术的兴趣。同时，他们将AI定位为语文教学的工具而非独立学科。例如，在教授观察日记时，借助AI识别植物特征辅助写作；在童话创编中，利用AI生成场景以推动对话描写，确保不偏离语文核心教学目标。

十几年来随着时代变迁，老师们也从“技术教学”转向“淡化技术”进行“AI 启蒙”。在广东省特级教师、广州市海珠区实验小学副校长边永明看来，人工智能课堂有很大的空间，在符合课标的要求下，老师可以重组教学板块，琢磨怎么丰富和优化内容，老师个体有很大的发挥空间，没有条条框框。
