The National Immigration Administration has extended the visa-free transit duration to 240 hours, sparking increased travel interest among global tourists. From December 16th to 20th, nearly 100 travel agents and influencers from dozens of countries, including Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, The United States, France, and Canada, were divided into groups to deeply explore the traditional and modern charms of Guangdong, Visiting well-known tourist cities such as Guangzhou, shenzhen, Chaozhou, and Shaoguan.
In the first three quarters of 2024, Guangdong received 53.537 million inbound tourists, a year-on-year increase of 73.5%, and achieved tourism foreign exchange revenue of 126.52 billion yuan, up 96.2% from the previous year. Guangdong has also made significant efforts to promote the facilitation of payment for inbound tourists, with key cultural and tourist sites, as well as foreign-related venues, offering convenient payment methods. Guangzhou and Shenzhen have introduced numerous measures to enhance convenience for travelers.
In order to break away from conventional perceptions, Guangdong has carefully designed three classic travel routes which continually surprise foreign tourists. Singaporean travel agent Huang Zhaoyue highly praised the Kaiping Diaolou and Chikan Town Resort, Suggesting that more attention should be given to highlighting the charm of lesser-known cities. Chi Deok-su, a travel agent from the Republic of Korea, was particularly impressed by Nan'ao Island in Shantou and hopes for more promotion of the Chaoshan region. The stunning landscapes of Danxia Mountain in Shaoguan and West Lake in Huizhou also left a lasting impression on the tour group.
Visits to the headquarters of Tencent and the BYD factory garnered significant attention. The "Digital Library Cave" at the Tencent Building of Binhai and the car experience at the BYD factory left tourists in awe.A Russian travel influencer praised the impressive Chinese automobiles, while a Japanese travel agent expressed a desire to promote greater tourism exchange between China and Japan.

国家移民管理局将过境免签时长延至240小时，激发了全球游客旅行兴致。12月16日-20日，来自马来西亚、日本、泰国、越南、美国、法国、加拿大等数十个国家近百名旅行商和旅行达人，分组前往广州、深圳、潮州、韶关等多个知名旅游城市深度体验广东的传统与时尚魅力。
2024年前三季度，广东接待入境游客5353.7万人次，同比增长73.5%，实现旅游外汇收入1265.2亿元，同比增长96.2%。来自加拿大的旅行商代表吴镇永是移民加拿大多年的华裔人士，他说：“240小时过境免签政策对于北美游客是很有吸引力的，通过此次考察，我发觉传统的广东游已经发生了许多变化，不再是走马观花，更多是亲身体验。“
行程中，服务贴心周到。参观点英语讲解地道，酒店提供外币兑换，餐厅配备公筷、刀叉。广东还大力推进入境旅游支付便利化，重点文旅场所、涉外场景支付便捷，广州、深圳推出诸多便利措施。
为打破固有印象，广东精心规划3条经典线路，让外国游客惊喜不断。新加坡旅行商黄昭月盛赞开平碉楼与赤坎古镇，建议挖掘小众城市亮点；韩国旅行商池德洙难忘汕头南澳岛，盼加大潮汕宣传。韶关丹霞山、惠州西湖等美景，也令体验团印象深刻。
参观腾讯总部、比亚迪工厂备受关注。腾讯滨海大厦的“数字藏经洞”、比亚迪工厂的汽车体验，引得游客阵阵惊叹。俄罗斯旅游达人卡普宁·阿尔乔姆称赞中国汽车了不起，日本旅行商阿部道广希望促进中日旅游交流。
