一些处在比较高位置的学者，虽然文凭比较高，社会地位也比较高，但缺乏社会阅历和社会实践，对基层不了解，这是一个大问题。因为这些学者的意见和建议会受到比较高位置领导的重视，若这些学者缺乏社会阅历和社会实践，必然意见和建议难接地气，必然空的问题比较严重，这会给政策制定制造很多问题。而政策不接地气和有问题，危害将是全局性的。所以，一些能参与政策制定的学者，应具有较丰富的社会阅历和社会实践较好。

一些靠语言华丽，或靠煽情取胜的学者，只能取胜一时。学者的真正价值是思想，思想是灵魂，没有灵魂，外表再华丽，假动作再多，都是不可能走远的。

有些学者，总觉自己老子天下第一，自己没有思想，还看不起有思想的学者，而且还动不动就说人家胡说。这类学者不仅有严重狭隘嫉妒的病，还有极端自私的病。
