The Fujian Provincial Conference of the Development of Cultural and Tourism Economy was held in Nanping on April 18, with a Xiamen delegation comprising municipal officials and investor representatives showcasing industrial achievements and promoting investment opportunities. As a national comprehensive reform pilot zone and a strategic hub of the Maritime Silk Road, Xiamen continues to welcome global businesses with an open and inclusive approach, collaborating with enterprises to build a national tourism quality benchmark and a world-class tourism and leisure city. During the conference, 16 major projects were signed, including Xiamen’s Cruise Industry Cooperation Project and K11 Select. Three additional projects were inked at the provincial cultural tourism industrial chain investment promotion session, with 21 independently signed agreements incorporated into the conference outcomes.

On April 23, leveraging the 2025 Xiamen International Textile and Apparel Supply Chain Expo, the "Collaborate with Xiamen, Share a Prosperous Future" Business Environment Promotion Conference was successfully held. The event extended invitations to textile and apparel enterprises, e-commerce platforms, foreign trade firms, and other exhibitors, encouraging broader investment and partnerships in Xiamen. As the core hub of Fujian’s textile and apparel industrial cluster, Xiamen boasts a robust foundation and potential in supply chain development. Leading brands such as ANTA, XTEP, 361 Degrees, ERKE, and Septwolves have established headquarters or R&D centers in the city, while renowned women's fashion labels like JORYA, PORTS, and Ms Min also originated here. Currently, Xiamen is accelerating its efforts to build an international consumption center, with its fashion and consumer goods sector thriving. In 2024, retail sales of apparel, footwear, hats, and textiles by Xiamen's above-limit wholesale and retail enterprises reached 62.184 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.9%.

4月23日，借2025厦门国际纺织服装供应链博览会举办之机，“携手厦门 共赢未来”厦门营商环境推介会成功举办。推介会向来厦参展参会的纺织服装企业、电商平台、外贸企业等发出热情邀约，诚邀更多企业携手厦门、投资厦门。厦门是福建纺织服装产业集群的核心枢纽，具有深厚的纺织服装供应链发展基础和潜力。安踏、特步、361度、鸿星尔克、七匹狼等知名服饰企业均在厦布局总部或研发中心，JORYA、PORTS、Ms Min等知名女装品牌也出自厦门。当前厦门正加快培育建设国际消费中心城市，时尚消费品产业蓬勃发展。2024年，厦门限额以上批发零售贸易企业商品零售额中，服装、鞋帽、针纺织品类零售额621.84亿元，比上年增长10.9%。

April 21 marked the 10th anniversary of the Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone ("Xiamen FTZ"). During the "Invest in Fujian" FTZ Special Investment Promotion Event, 22 key projects totaling 25.766 billion yuan in planned investment were signed. Six of these projects, with a combined investment of 11.12 billion yuan, are located in Xiamen FTZ. Spanning sectors such as headquarters economy, supply chain, financial leasing, foreign-related legal services, and artificial intelligence, these projects—characterized by substantial scale, advanced technology, and promising prospects—will inject fresh momentum into the zone’s economic growth. Notable agreements include an AI-driven supply chain project by France’s Nevé Corporation and a 2-billion-yuan secondary fund (S Fund) to be established by Suzhou Newerli Capital Management Co., Ltd. The event also unveiled the Top 10 Institutional Innovation Achievements of Fujian FTZ and released 100 exemplary innovation practice cases.

4月21日是厦门自贸片区挂牌成立十周年的日子。在“投资福建”自贸试验区专场招商活动中，22个重点项目成功签约，计划投资257.66亿元。这22个重点项目涉及厦门自贸片区的项目有6个，总投资达111.2亿元。项目涵盖总部经济、供应链、融资租赁、涉外法务服务、人工智能等领域，投资规模大、技术含量高、发展前景好，将为厦门自贸片区的经济发展注入新的强大动力。其中，法国内夫公司的AI供应链项目签约落地厦门自贸片区，苏州纽尔利资本管理有限公司计划设立规模达20亿元的S基金。现场还发布了福建自贸试验区十大标志性制度创新成果，百项典型创新实践案例也同时公布。

Xiamen is among nine cities newly designated as pilot zones for service sector opening, with the State Council outlining 155 pilot tasks to advance liberalization in key industries such as telecommunications, healthcare, finance, commerce/culture/tourism, and transportation. The measures enhance factor guarantees by streamlining transit visa exemptions, permanent residency, payment facilitation, and professional qualification recognition to attract overseas talent. Legal safeguards are bolstered through expanded international arbitration, foreign lawyer practice rights, cross-border judicial cooperation, labor law enforcement, and talent development. The framework also refines regulations in data cross-border flows, standards formulation, intellectual property, and commercial cryptography. Additionally, it promotes compatibility in carbon emissions management, cross-border multimodal transport, inspection and testing institution accreditation, digital identity verification, and e-invoicing to align domestic and international norms.

近日，厦门等9个城市被纳入服务业扩大开放试点城市。国务院明确155项试点任务。推动重点行业领域开放，涉及电信，医疗，金融，商贸文旅，交通运输。完善要素保障，围绕过境免签、永久居留、支付便利、执业资格认可等方面提出试点任务，便利境外人才入出境与从业执业；围绕涉外仲裁、律师执业、国际司法合作、劳动保障监察执法、人才培养培训等方面，强化法治保障，有序开展涉外法律业务。在数据跨境流动、标准制定、知识产权、商用密码等重要业务领域，不断完善基础规范。在碳排放、碳足迹管理、跨境货物联运、检验检测机构资质、数字身份、电子发票等领域推动境内外管理规范相通相容等。

As China’s first comprehensive logistics platform dedicated to the Belt and Road Initiative, the Silk Road Maritime network remains a top choice for foreign trade enterprises. In Q1 2025, its 128 container routes completed 1,098 voyages, handling 1,270,600 TEUs. Since its launch in December 2018, the network has expanded steadily, reaching 18,731 voyages and 22.1 million TEUs across 147 ports in 46 countries and regions as of March 31, 2025. Xiamen Port, a key node on the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road and one of China’s four nationally planned international shipping centers, hosts 61 Silk Road Maritime routes. To date, these routes have completed 12,342 voyages with a throughput of 13.87 million TEUs, solidifying Xiamen’s role as a pivotal departure hub.

作为我国首个面向“一带一路”的国际航运综合物流服务平台，“丝路海运”航线深受外贸企业青睐。今年第一季度，128条“丝路海运”集装箱航线共开行1098艘次，完成集装箱吞吐量127.06万标箱。“丝路海运”自2018年12月开行以来，规模不断扩大。截至2025年3月31日，“丝路海运”集装箱航线累计开行18731艘次，完成集装箱吞吐量2210.18万标箱，通达46个国家和地区的147座港口。作为“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的节点港口，国家重点规划建设的四大国际航运中心之一和“丝路海运”航线重要始发港，目前厦门港共有61条“丝路海运”命名航线，累计开行12342艘次，完成集装箱吞吐量1387.09万标箱。
