:我用的是老谭味道小炒酱油,用来小炒调味调色都很赞,它介于生抽和老抽之间,如果放一般的生抽想要颜色深一些可以再加点老抽调色。
吃不完的新鲜辣椒保存:挑出无损伤、无病虫害的绿辣椒,清洗并擦干辣椒表面的水分,装入密封袋中放入冰箱冷藏室保存1~2周左右。
