2. 准备申请材料

每个学校或医院的申请要求可能不同。一般来说，您需要准备以下材料：

最新的个人简历：简历中包括你的教育背景、工作经验、研究成果等。CV should clearly show the complete title of the highest degree you received as well as the name of the institution where you obtained your degree, (do not abbreviate institution name) including the date, month and year. Your CV should also clearly state your current title and/or position, including the complete name of your employer.

目的陈述：阐述你为什么想参加观摩、你希望从中学到什么，以及这如何帮助到您的职业发展。
