卢富华，1955年11月出生，贵州人，中国职工书法家协会理事，省书法考级考官，多次担任省级书法大赛评审，中国书画高级鉴赏师，贵州省职工文体协会法人，贵州省职工书法家协会主席，贵州省职工美术家协会常务副主席，贵州省职工摄影家协会常务副主席，贵州省职工文化体育协会理事长（法人），其作品在省内外赛事中多次获奖，获得企业家，收藏家等一致好评。

Lu Fuhua was born in November 1955 in Guizhou Province. He is a council member of the Chinese Staff Calligraphers Association, an examiner for provincial - level calligraphy grading, and has served as a judge in provincial - level calligraphy competitions on multiple occasions. He is also a senior connoisseur of Chinese calligraphy and painting. He is the legal representative of the Guizhou Provincial Staff Cultural and Sports Association, the chairman of the Guizhou Provincial Staff Calligraphers Association, the executive vice - chairman of the Guizhou Provincial Staff Artists Association, the executive vice - chairman of the Guizhou Provincial Staff Photographers Association, and the director (legal representative) of the Guizhou Provincial Staff Cultural and Sports Association. His works have won numerous awards in competitions both within and outside the province, and have received unanimous praise from entrepreneurs, collectors, and others.
