On April 13, immigration officers at Beijing Capital International Airport discovered a foreign traveler had entered an area beyond the permitted scope of their visa, constituting illegal residence.

4月13日，北京首都国际机场的移民官员发现一名外国旅行者进入了其签证允许范围之外的区域，构成非法居留。

The following day, on April 14, immigration authorities at Taiyuan Airport in Shanxi Province found another foreign national who had overstayed the duration allowed by their visa, also amounting to illegal residence.
4月14日，山西省太原机场的移民当局又发现一名外国人在其签证允许的期限外停留，这也构成了非法居留。

Both individuals were given administrative penalties in accordance with Article 78, Paragraph 1 of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China.
