吴夏秋,副教授,硕士研究生导师。加州大学洛杉矶分校访问学者。浙江中医药大学中医预防医学研究所所长,预防医学教研室主任。研究方向为中医预防医学,治未病与女性健康。主持参与国家级项目10余项,发表论文50余篇。 现任中华医学会健康管理学分会青年学组副组长、中华中医药学会健康管理学分会副秘书长、常委。Abstract: Thousands of years ago, the concept of Jiu Zuo Shang Rou (久坐伤肉 long-time sitting damages muscles) was introduced in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It was clearly recorded in ancient books, that prolonged sitting disrupts the circulation of qi and blood, damages muscles, impairs spleen function, and ultimately leads to diseases. Modern biomedical evidence shows that sedentary behavior, including prolonged sitting, affects endocrine, metabolic, and physiological functions, increasing the risk of chronic diseases. This article systematically reviews TCM records of the health impacts of long-time sitting and biomedical findings, to explore the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying the health risks of prolonged sitting. By integrating TCM’s preventative philosophy, namely Zhi Wei Bing (治未病 preventing a disease before it arises), with modern preventive medicine, this study offers insights into strategies for mitigating the health risks associated with sedentary behavior.摘要:早在数千年前,《黄帝内经》就提出“久坐伤肉”的观点。久坐会导致气血运行不畅,损伤肌肉,损及脾气,进而诱发疾病。现代研究亦表明,久坐等静态行为可对内分泌、代谢系统及多项生理功能造成不良影响,且久坐时间越长,心血管疾病、糖尿病、肥胖以及全因死亡率等风险越高。本文系统梳理了古代文献中关于“久坐”危害的相关论述,并结合现代生物医学的研究成果,从传统中医与现代医学双重视角探讨久坐行为的病理生理机制,旨在融合中医“治未病”理念与现代预防策略,探索有效降低久坐健康风险的干预路径。Keywords: Chronic diseases; Long-time sitting; Sedentary behavior; Spleen governing muscles theory; Traditional Chinese medicine关键词:慢性病;久坐;静态行为;脾主肌肉;中医药引用格式:Lou LH, Wu XQ.
