林东，民革中央委员，正高级工程师。现任浙江LHD海洋潮流能工程研究中心主任兼总工、杭州绿盛集团董事长。坚持做具有科学家精神的企业家，带领团队研发建设世界首座海洋潮流能发电站--LHD潮流能发电站。

Lin Dong, a member of the Central Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (RCK), is a senior engineer and a leading talent under a program organized by the Organization Department of the Central Committee. He currently serves as the Director and Chief Engineer of the Zhejiang Provincial Engineering Research Center for Large-scale Marine Tidal Current Energy of LHD and the Chairman of Hangzhou Lusheng Group. He adheres to being an entrepreneur with the spirit of a scientist and leads his team to research and build the world's first marine tidal current power station - the LHD Tidal Current Power Station.
