2025年3月25日，第十五届Moot国际商事模拟仲裁庭上海邀请赛盛大启幕。作为Willem C. Vis国际商事模拟仲裁庭全球季前赛的关键环节，本届赛事汇聚了来自24个法域的精英法学院代表队，在虹口北外滩法律服务港至陆家嘴金融城的律所矩阵中展开激烈角逐。如闻律师事务所创始合伙人粟伟炜女士受邀成为评委之一。
On March 25, 2025, the 15th Moot International Commercial Arbitration Court Shanghai Invitation Competition was grandly inaugurated in Shanghai. As a crucial segment of Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Court’s global preseason, this tournament gathered elite law school teams from 24 jurisdictions, engaging in intense competition across the matrix of law firms spanning from Hongkou’s North Bund Legal Services Hub to Lujiazui Financial City. Ms. Su Weiwei, founding partner at Rewin Law Firm, was invited to serve as one of the judges.
本届赛事延续Vis Moot第32届核心案例，构建了一个高度仿真的跨国商事纠纷场景。在3月25-26日的循环赛阶段，比赛在Adaltys、方达、中伦等15家国际顶级律所同时进行，这种"以实战场景锤炼专业素养"的赛制设计，恰与粟伟炜律师一直倡导的"立体化法律人才培养体系"深度契合。作为一位拥有多年跨境争议解决经验的资深专家，粟律师在庭审环节展现出独特的评审智慧与专业态度。
The competition inherits the core case of the 32nd edition of Vis Moot and constructs a highly simulated cross-border commercial dispute scenario. During the round-robin stage on March 25-26, the competition was held simultaneously at 15 top international law firms, including Adaltys, Fangda, and Zhong Lun, etc.. This competition system, which aims to hone professional competencies through "practice-oriented", aligns seamlessly with the "three-dimensional legal talent development system" advocated by Attorney Su Weiwei. As a seasoned expert with decades of experience in cross-border dispute resolution, Attorney Su demonstrated unique adjudicative acumen and professionalism throughout the hearings.
对于已经结束的比赛，粟律师深有感触地表示，现今的大学生，无论来自国内还是国外的高等学府，都展现出了极高的素质和才华。他们能够精准地把握案情的核心，并如同真正的律师一般，为当事人权益而积极辩护。她不禁感叹，遗憾的是，在自己的大学时代，就没有这样的竞赛可以参与。
Regarding the already concluded competition, Attorney Su expressed with deep emotion that today's college students, whether from domestic or foreign universities, have demonstrated remarkably high qualities and talents. They are able to accurately grasp the core of the case and actively defend the rights of the parties like real lawyers. She couldn't help but sigh, unfortunately, during her college years, there were no such competitions for her to participate in.
