职业经历 / Professional Experience
1995年参加工作，2000年通过律师资格考试。
He began his career in 1995 and passed the national lawyer qualification examination in 2000.

2025年，陈平凡主任作为芙蓉律所国际化服务布局总指挥，于6月11日创设涉外法律研究院，聘任首批涉外法律研究员，于8月11日创设海外运营中心，聘任叶赛兰律师和杜颖律师作为负责人，其现为涉外法律研究院院长。
In 2025, the Principal Partner Pingfan Chen, as the chief coordinator of the international service strategy for Furong Law Firm, established the Foreign-Related Legal Research Institute on June 11. He appointed the first batch of foreign-related legal researchers. On August 11, he established the Overseas Operations Center and appointed Lawyers Sailan Ye and Ying Du as its heads. Currently, he serves as the Dean of the Foreign-Related Legal Research Institute.
